Changing the world one person at a time Reimagining Workplaces Through Justice, Safety & Co-Creation

If organisations refuse to evolve, they risk losing the trust, talent, and respect of the people they need most. I help leaders and organisations break free from outdated norms and build cultures that actually work for everyone while reimagining organisations and communities that benefit everyone.

Hannah Litt

Creating Workplaces That Work for Everyone

" My work is rooted in my own evolution, and in the stories and truths I’ve gathered by deeply listening to others. It’s not about having all the answers or being perfect; it’s about showing up with care, courage, and commitment. I create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and held, because that’s what makes transformation possible. Whether I’m working with individuals or organisations, I use emotional depth, strategic insight, and intuitive leadership to build environments where real change can take root. At the heart of it all is community, because change doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens together.

This is the essence of what I do. It might take the form of consultancy, training, storytelling, or curated safe spaces, but beneath it all is the same powerful intention: to create brave, loving, transformative environments that move people and systems forward.

I often return to the drawing board, not because I’m unsure, but because I’m evolving. And as I grow, my work grows with me. This is a living practice, not a fixed method. I want those who journey with me to grow too, to embrace the ongoing evolution, and to know that transformation is never static, it’s always unfolding. "

Why This Matters

  • Empathetic organisations are 25% more likely to retain employees
  • Psychological safety fosters innovation and increases performance by 12%
  • Workplaces built on safety and trust see 4x higher engagement rates

Know Me

Meet Hannah

Thanks for stopping by my website. If you don’t already know me, let me introduce myself. This is the space where I could list all my achievements, the organisations I’ve worked with, and the awards I’ve won, but that’s not who I am. First and foremost, I am Hannah, and I believe in humanity.

I am deeply empathic, and I care, truly care about people. I believe that justice is love and that we all deserve a world where dignity, safety, and empathy are not privileges, but rights. My work isn’t about fixing individuals; it’s about healing systems that have harmed us all while benefiting a few
