Community & Social Justice

Justice Beyond the Workplace

Justice isn’t just about policies and workplaces—it’s about people, communities, and creating spaces for healing and action. My work extends beyond corporate settings into grassroots activism, advocacy, and direct community support.

From mutual aid efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic to advocating for Palestinian liberation, Sudanese and Congolese justice, and intersectional rights, I believe that justice is love in action. Through Project Humanise and my broader advocacy work, I support those impacted by systemic oppression by creating spaces for safety, solidarity, and meaningful change.

Work in Action

Project Humanise & Community Support

A community-led initiative providing healing, advocacy, and organising spaces for those impacted by state violence, systemic oppression, and global injustice.

  • Safe spaces for processing and healing from systemic harm.
  • Workshops and advocacy networks for marginalised communities.
  • Action-based approaches to address workplace and community inequities.

Who is this for?

Muslim, Palestinian, Arab, migrant, and refugee communities, along with allies, who are seeking support, advocacy, and space to heal and take action.

Global Justice & Liberation Advocacy

Justice doesn’t start and end with one movement, all struggles are interconnected. I work across causes, ensuring that we show up for each other in solidarity and collective action.

  • Palestinian Liberation – Advocating for freedom, dignity, and global accountability.
  • Sudanese & Congolese Justice Movements – Amplifying the voices of those resisting military violence, exploitation, and global inaction.
  • Women’s Rights & LGBTQIA+ Advocacy – Fighting for bodily autonomy, safety, and liberation.
  • Anti-Blackness & Racial Solidarity – Strengthening cross-community support and allyship.
  • Workers & Farmers' Rights in India & Indonesia – Supporting those resisting corporate greed and displacement.
  • Plus others

Who is this for?

Activists, advocacy groups, and organisations seeking meaningful collaboration to push for systemic justice worldwide.

Addiction Recovery & Community Support

Recovery spaces are often not built for Black and Brown communities. I advocate for culturally competent addiction recovery and ensure that those impacted by substance use and mental health struggles have the support they need.

  • Community-led recovery spaces centring on cultural competency.
  • Support networks for families navigating addiction and recovery.
  • Workshops and advocacy for addiction services to be more inclusive.

Who is this for?

Individuals, families, and recovery professionals looking for inclusive, community-led recovery spaces and frameworks.

Why This Matters

Justice work isn’t just something I talk about—it’s something I live.

  • Recognised as a Top 50 Influential Muslim in Europe for my activism and community leadership.
  • Awarded the Rose of Northamptonshire for community response during COVID-19.
  • Founder of Project Humanise, creating safe spaces for Palestinian, Arab, and refugee communities.
  • Board member at BAC-IN CIC, supporting culturally responsive addiction recovery.

Justice isn’t a trend—it’s a necessity. Let’s build solidarity, create lasting change, and fight for a world where dignity, freedom, and equity are non-negotiable.

Let’s connect to make change happen
